Short and deep sea shipping
Short and deep sea vessels mostly have specific high volume requests based on timed delivery schedules. GreenChem offers you three different products, depending on your vessel’s requirements.
- AUS 40 (40% urea solution in water)
- AdBlue (32.5% urea solution in water)
- Marine urea
AUS40 is the most commonly used NOx reduction agent in the marine sector. GreenChem delivers AUS40 based on the high spec automotive grade urea and is available throughout Europe and in non-European export markets. By producing AUS40 of this high specification, the product can be used in all marine vessel applications. More information about AUS40 is available by clicking on this link.
GreenChem is able to deliver AUS40 all over Europe directly onto your vessel, when docked in the harbour. Our logistics setup is able to deliver AUS40 in bulk-trucks in a specified time frame.
GreenChem’s AdBlue is widely available throughout Europe and in non-European export markets. For applications on board ships, AdBlue can be used when a lower freezing point is required. AdBlue begins to freeze at around -11°C, versus AUS40 at around 0°C.
AdBlue can be delivered directly onto your vessel anywhere in Europe, when docked in the harbour. We would only need your time of arrival and location in order to provide a complete refill.
Some marine vessels have a urea dilution plant on board. Especially for these customers, GreenChem offers urea prills in various packaging options including 25 kg plastic bags and various sizes of large bags. More information about Marine Urea, please click on this link.
